The hotel is just marvelous, two blocks away from la 5ta avenue, near everything, the hotel itself is as cozy as it could be, the personnel is so hot and joyful. We just ignored the comments and the looks, and enjoy a lovely weekend, and the other staff members that made our stay incredible, we would most definitely return in a heartbeat. The rooms are so perfect for a weekend getaway.
We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at La Pasion. As we choose to be a backpacker, we need some helpful advice or tips to explore Playa Del Carmen, and we never failed to achieve our excellent stay with the help of Martin – we’re glad he suggested the cozumel snorkeling from shore because of our amazing time there.
Staff is excellent, and they speak English well. We had breakfast included in our stay, and the foods are also high. The interior of this hotel is picturesque that you wouldn’t be able to resist taking a picture. The place is in front of Palacio Municipal, which secured your safety stay. I would go back and recommend this place.
We stayed for five nights; the hotel is clean; the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great! We made a road trip through the Riviera Maya, and staying in Playa del carmen was just perfect. The breakfast is good, a lot of food and our waiter Alberto was always doing a great job in the customer service.
We decided to base ourselves in Playa Del Carmen since it was a midway point between Cancun Tulum Chichen Itza and all the attractions around. When we chose this place, we didn’t go in with high expectations due to the price where everything in the Riviera Maya seems overpriced this place if anything is underpriced the service alone is as excellent as anything we’ve ever experienced the breakfast while not a buffet was sufficient and delicious the staff was a highlight!
The rooms were spacious and had great views of the pool all in all when we return to the Riviera Maya we’d most likely stay here again. The only downside is the fact that the parking garage is a bit cramped, but that’s just a very very small grievance one that shouldn’t deter you from experiencing this great hotel!
We booked here last minute with no real expectations, to be close to the city and the beach. I have to say our minds were blown with how fantastic this boutique hotel was. The little touches from the wine samples at night and pastries in the lobby, to the included breakfast, to the kind staff and sweet departing gift we received, we could not have asked for a better stay. It is close to everything, and it was so great to have three different pools to choose from on the hot sunny days. When I return to Playa, I will be staying here again! Thanks to the fantastic staff!
