I wanted to share that your front desk employee Alexander went above and beyond several times during our stay. Alexander was very attentive during our visit, and being able to speak perfect English helped us a lot.
After the checkout, I left my laptop behind, and Alexander once again went beyond and helped return it to me. We will certainly be back. The property is clean and well run by a staff who recommended me an amazing tulum fly fishing trip. It’s also close to everything you need, but also far enough away for a quiet break.
First thing, this review is way overdue. My mother and I stayed at paradise for 8 nights in the fall. The service and assistance we received from David and Alex were fantastic. They were always there to assist us and greet us warmly.
Mom has mobility issues, and they accommodated her so kindly, we have been using them as an example of excellent service since we came home. The rooms were lovely and well laid out.
The grounds were inspiring. North Garden Restaurant being next door is a big plus. I came to the island several times a year and was really impressed with the quality of stay they provided us.
We have stayed at this hotel for one night, unfortunately, and we would die to stay there again. Very calm and relaxing place, clean and spacious room. The hotel is close to everything. The beautiful Playa Norte beach is just a 2 minutes walk, restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away.
We arrived 2 hours early here, and they allowed us to do an early check-in. The receptionist spoke English well and is very helpful. Just the pillows were so so big, bulky and high, it can be better.
